Astound Property Management believes in treating all our rental properties as if they were our own.  This is a truism that is instilled in all our staff and maintenance people.
Our main job is to protect your investment property and to keep it in excellent condition in order to maximize its resale value in the real estate marketplace.  
We do this in several ways!

• Find excellent tenants who will care for the property and keep it in good shape.
• Do frequent inspections by doing drive - bys to see that the exterior is being maintained.
• Do interior inspections when needed and train our maintenance people to report back to us when they go inside to make repairs.
• Do annual inspections to make sure all required maintenance is done on a timely basis to prevent costly future problems.

TENANT SCREENING AND EVALUATION

Astound Property Management is proud of having one of the best tenant screening systems in the business.  This extremely thorough screening system guarantees we will find the right tenant for your property.

We lease to only well qualified and responsible tenants.  We take the time to be sure about any applicant we approve.  Our many years of experience have made us experts on evaluating credit reports and the credit worthiness of an applicant.

Our intensive and thorough credit check and eviction report provides a wealth of knowledge about an applicant.  We analyze the report to determine the credit worthiness of a person.
